Popular OAP at urban radio The BEAT FM Tolu ‘Toolz’ Oniru has been chosen as the host of the show. Toolz will commence duties as soon as the auditions (which have already kicked off in Port Harcourt) are concluded.
Toolz could not be reached for comments as at the time of this report.
Also, NET has gathered that judges of show will be Chocolate City rapper and Loopy Music C.E.O rapper Judge ‘M.I’ Abaga, Ghanaian Hiplife legend Reggie Rockstone and veteran Nigerian singerOnyeka Onwenu.
A source close to M.I told our reporter over the telephone ‘They are in their final stages, M.I has been chosen’.
In several earlier articles, NET had reported the launch of the X Factor reality show and the powerful sponsorship from Nigerian telecommunications company Globacom. The telecoms giant have pulled out off another talent show Naija Sings which ran for three years.
