THERE'S a new lease of life for EVIL Dead in some
shocking footage from the 2013 remake.
The new horror – a remake of the 1981 classic – is

Producer Sam says he is thrilled with the remake of his
cult classic, directed by Fede Alvaraz.
He says: ““I’m really excited to see something I care about
really deeply being reborn by a great artist.
“It’s true to the original in spirit but has really got its own
voice, its own intensity – and it’s outrageous, just like the first one was.”
But Fede admits that taking on the movie was a daunting prospect.
He says: “I was watching TV at home and I saw some interview when they said, ‘They’re going to remake Evil Dead’ and
I was like, ‘Who’s going to touch that classic?’”
Evil Dead is released on April 18.
