The model teen, who looked stunning a short white cutout dress, explained that her relationship with Harry, 19, is completely platonic.
The duo stirred up rumors when they were spotted on a dinner date at Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood last week. Kendall and Harry reportedly met backstage at The X Factor after Harry and his band taped a performance for the show.
