The 32-year-old songstress, who’s mom to 23-month-old daughter Blue Ivy, kicked off the year by delivering one of the most energetic and unforgettable Super Bowl halftime shows in February.

From there, she went on a massive worldwide tour (The Mrs. Carter Show), won a Grammy, released a documentary on HBO (Life Is But a Dream), celebrated her fifth wedding anniversary with husband Jay Z, interacted heavily with her fans during her concerts (who can forget the selfie and FaceTime onstage?) — whew, did we miss anything?
But 2013 was also very special and busy for Kim. She and Kanye West welcomed daughter North on June 15 and the pair got engaged in a lavish proposal on Oct. 21 – her 33rd birthday.
Kim topped the list last year when she reclaimed the spot from Justin Bieber, who was No. 1 in 2011. The 19-year-old crooner placed sixth this time around. The only other male joining him on the list? President Barack Obama in 10th!

Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Madonna landed in No. 3, 4, and 5, respectively, while Nicki Minaj, Amanda Bynes and Miley Cyrus nabbed the seventh, eighth and ninth spots. We know — we can’t believe Miley is that high up either!
